1. Services Offered
Dr. Yaz Method™ provides digital products (such as online courses, templates, and resources) and coaching services (including 1:1 sessions, group coaching, and workshops). All content is educational, motivational, and personal-development-focused—not therapy, not academic credit-bearing (unless otherwise stated), and not a guarantee of specific outcomes.
2. Client Commitment and Responsibility
Enrollment in a Dr. Yaz Method™ program requires your full participation and commitment. Our services are tools for growth, but your results will depend on your own dedication, effort, and follow-through. We support your transformation—but you do the work.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services—digital courses, coaching, and custom support—we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our offerings and honor the energy, time, and intellectual property invested into every course and coaching session.
We encourage all users to:

4. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching services offered by Dr. Yaz and affiliated coaches are for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes only. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including videos, workbooks, templates, courses, branding, and methods—is the intellectual property of Uhuru Pathways Learning Center and/or Dr. Yaz. Materials are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, sold, or distributed without explicit written permission.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Coaching Only)
If you book a coaching session and need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice are not refundable or transferable. We respect your time—and ours.
7. User Conduct
By using this site, you agree to be respectful of our staff, community members, and the content we provide. We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who engage in harassment, misuse, or any behavior that conflicts with our values.
8. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any course or coaching session. Your success is personal and depends on your goals, effort, and external circumstances. We do promise to show up with integrity, intention, and strategy.
